The Customer Care Assistant Lead is responsible for overseeing teams of employees and motivating them to complete their job duties effectively. These duties include training new employees, providing team members with daily objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategy that the Customer Success Team can use to better reach goals

  • Determine the completion timeline and monitor progress to keep projects on track and on schedule.

  • Communicate clear instructions to team members.

  • Assist Lead with the flow of day-to-day operations.

  • Assist in creating and distributing reports to update the company on the team's progress.

  • Training new team members

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Associate degree or higher preferred,or equivalent work experience

  • Experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer service

  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills

  • A basic understanding of computers and technology.

  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and deliver results

  • Positive and professional demeanor - from attitude to appearance

  • Leadership skills

  • Patience, compassion and empathy

  • A passion for customer satisfaction

  • Readiness to learn

Salary

  • $16 - $18 per hour
